Connecting product, brand, and marketing across every customer touchpoint.

At VIIZR, my role extended beyond product design. While designing experiences for the desktop and mobile apps, I also helped shape how the product was presented to customers through branding, illustration, web design, and marketing.
Working across these areas gave me the opportunity to create a more connected experience, from the first time someone discovered VIIZR to the moment they started using the product.
VIIZR was growing across desktop and mobile, introducing new features designed to help small businesses manage their day-to-day operations.
As the product evolved, our brand and marketing experiences needed to evolve with it.
My work expanded across the customer journey, helping translate complex product functionality into clear, approachable visual experiences while maintaining a consistent brand across the website, app stores, help center, and marketing campaigns.
This meant thinking beyond individual screens and considering how every interaction contributed to the way customers understood and experienced VIIZR.

I designed, tested, and built new experiences for VIIZR's marketing website with a focus on improving how prospective customers discovered and understood the product.
Using analytics, customer insights, and user testing, I iterated on page structure, content hierarchy, calls to action, and product storytelling.
Rather than simply showcasing features, the goal was to communicate how VIIZR could help small businesses manage their operations while creating clearer paths toward conversion.
I also worked directly in Webflow, allowing me to take experiences from design through implementation.

My involvement with VIIZR's mobile app extended from designing the product itself to helping customers discover it.
I created the visual assets used across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, translating key workflows and features into concise, compelling product stories.
Having worked directly on the mobile product gave me a unique perspective: I understood not only how the features worked, but which benefits mattered most to the people using them.
This allowed the marketing experience to stay closely connected to the actual product.

As VIIZR's visual identity evolved, I created a system of custom illustrations to extend the brand across digital touchpoints.
The illustrations transformed product concepts and workflows into approachable visuals while establishing a recognizable style that could scale across the brand.
I applied this visual language across the marketing website, campaigns, and other customer-facing experiences.

The brand experience didn't end after conversion.
I created illustrations for VIIZR's Help Center to bring the same visual language into the support experience.
By extending the illustration system across both acquisition and customer-support touchpoints, we created a more cohesive experience from discovering VIIZR to learning how to use it.

My work at VIIZR allowed me to operate across product design, brand, marketing, illustration, and development rather than treating each as a separate discipline.
Working on the product gave me a deeper understanding of what we were communicating through marketing. Working on the brand helped me create more cohesive product experiences. And working directly on the website allowed me to carry ideas from strategy and design through execution.
The result was a more consistent experience across VIIZR's ecosystem, from discovering the product and downloading the mobile app to using it and finding support.

While working at Obu Interactive, I lead multiple projects including this one, with the approach to not only increase their lead generation but also revamp their brand. I worked closely with developers and content writers to develop a better digital presence and user experience.
