I’m Monica, a UX Designer who loves building 📈 growth driven apps and websites.

Throughout the last 7 years, I've designed for numerous industries including real estate, legal, marketing, and architecture and launched over 100+ user-focused marketing campaigns. I've designed mobile apps, web apps, and marketing sites, built design systems in Figma, led research initiatives, and my favorite - conducted many A/B testing experiments.

Currently, I design for Ford's VIIZR software — that helps small businesses accelerate their productivity & streamline their operations. Since 2021, I've had the opportunity to build the VIIZR brand, our marketing site, and now actively to desktop and mobile apps.

Prior to that I worked for Obu Interactive and the Human GRP, where I used data-driven strategies to scale e-commerce stores and B2B business websites and e-commerce websites.

And collaborated with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, across continents.

My story

At the onset of my career, I had the opportunity to immerse myself with architects designing showrooms and creating 3D models and renders. As such, I learned about leadership, arts, ergonomics, and user experiences on products and spaces. While I enjoyed designing spaces, I decided to change my path and focus on user experiences. Shortly after, I moved to California, where I learned about product design.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in finding the right balance to create better user experiences and have never looked back.

Besides my work life, I am a world traveler, and I find inspiration in other cultures and landscapes. Not to mention, I am a native Spanish speaker.
